This policy explains what ZamzamTV collects, why, and the choices you have.

• Subscription and payment status (payments are processed by our providers; we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage data such as titles watched, watch progress, device type and app version, used to power Continue Watching and improve the service.

How we use it

• To provide and secure your account and subscription.
• To sync your progress and recommendations across devices.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To respond to support requests and send essential service messages.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service — for example payment providers (Paystack and Flutterwave) and infrastructure providers — under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with encryption in transit and access controls.
